Garrett has practiced primarily in the area of family law since his call to the Bar in 2021. He helps clients navigate the emotional and legal complexities of family disputes with compassion, practicality, and a resolution-oriented approach. His practice includes a wide range of family law issues, including parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, and parental alienation.

Garrett advocates for resolving matters through negotiation and settlement wherever possible, aiming to reduce conflict and avoid court unless necessary. When litigation is required, he is a solution-focused and effective advocate.

Garrett has experience representing clients in mediation and arbitration, as well as before the Superior Court of Justice. He also advises clients on the negotiation and preparation of domestic contracts, including separation agreements and marriage contracts.
