Caroline’s practice encompasses a broad range of family law matters: parenting, child and spousal support claims, and property issues, including complex questions of ownership and trust interests. She also provides advice relating to domestic contracts, including drafting and interpretation, as well as donor or surrogacy agreements. Caroline works closely with her clients to understand their personal circumstances and identify practical, pragmatic solutions to their legal problems. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
